All Sales Are Final At Escape Your Mind, all purchases are strictly non-refundable. Due to the limited nature of our pieces and our commitment to quality control, we do not accept returns, process refunds, or offer exchanges for any items once a transaction has been completed.
Sizing and Fit Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and garment details before completing your purchase. If you have any questions regarding the fit or specifications of a specific piece, please reach out to our support team prior to placing your order.
Order Cancellations or Modifications To ensure fast processing, orders are immediately routed to our manufacturing facilities the moment payment is confirmed. Because production begins automatically, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or adjusted once placed. Please ensure your shipping address, selected sizes, and chosen items are 100% correct before checking out.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We hold our garments and our manufacturing partners to a high standard. In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to a production or fulfillment error, you must contact us within 48 hours of your delivery date so we can escalate the issue to our facility.

Note: Minor variations in wash, distressing, or print placement are part of the intended aesthetic and are not considered defective.
Lost or Stolen Packages Escape Your Mind is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier by our fulfillment center, liability transfers entirely to the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
